The Wayne County Judicial Division receives, files, stores, and retrieves civil and criminal court records for Superior Court, State Court, and Drug Court. Records That Are Sealed or Confidential in Wayne County

If a petition is required, it is filed in the court with jurisdiction over the case. Restriction may limit public criminal-history dissemination, but it does not automatically erase every court file, jail record, or private copy.
